+When will my ndless bracelet arrive?
We can never guarantee a specific shipping date due to multiple factors.
We ship all bracelets within 24 hours and we offer two different shipping options as follows below:
- Standard shipping
- UPS Express shipping
+Can I cancel my order?
If you have not received the shipping notification email you have the possibility to cancel your order.
To do this you need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
+How do I know when bracelet is shipped?
Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
+Does import duties and taxes apply?
For shipments within the European Union, all taxes and customs fees are included in the price. For shipments outside the EU, you, as the customer, are responsible for finding out regarding all import duties and taxes (if applicable) for your country.
+How do I return or exchange my bracelet?
We have a 30 days policy for returns and exchanges.
The bracelet should be in the box, unused and in the same condition as you received it.
In case you want to exchange the bracelet to another size please send an email to email@example.com
with your order number in the subject field and we will gladly help you.
+I have received wrong item, what to do?
Human factors sometimes cause mistakes and we apologize in advance for this.
We will of course correct this as soon as possible.
